We had the pleasure today of tasting steaks and burgers from White Barn Beef in Portal, Arizona, and the difference was unforgettable.
Beautiful marbling. Rich, incredible flavor. Tenderness that practically melts in your mouth.
Sustainably raised, with no added hormones, and raised with care, this is local beef at its absolute best.
We’re thrilled to bring White Barn Arizona American Wagyu to Pizzeria Mimosa soon.

🎬🚌 EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY —PIZZERIA MIMOSA STYLE! 🚌🎬
Yesterday, we closed our doors for the day and took our team on a little adventure! ❤️
We kicked things off with a serious employee feast: Smash Burgers, Buttermilk Chicken Sandwiches with Peach Coleslaw, Smoked Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Mini Corn Dogs and Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies served on paper plates! No dishwashing today!
Then we boarded our chartered bus and headed to Tucson for a private screening at The Loft Cinema, Tony, the story of the early life of Anthony Bourdain. 🎥🍿
Great food, a great movie, a fantastic bus ride, and most importantly a whole lot of laughter and fun together.
Our team works incredibly hard to create the experiences our guests enjoy at Pizzeria Mimosa, and yesterday was our chance to say THANK YOU. ❤️
We’re so grateful for this talented, hardworking bunch and we’re pretty sure everyone came home with a few laughs, and some new memories.
