Join us Thursday, July 23rd starting at 4pm for “An Evening in the Hamptons” at Pizzeria Mimosa.
Think butter-poached lobster rolls, East Coast littleneck clams, shrimp cocktail, and cocktails like the Atlantic Breeze + Montauk Mule. Plus watermelon feta salad and olive oil cake. Fresh, line-caught Walleye from the confluence of the Snake and Columbia Rivers just arrived at Pizzeria Mimosa.
Prized for its delicate, flaky texture and clean, buttery flavor, it’s one of the finest freshwater fish you’ll ever taste.
We’ll beer-batter each fillet and fry it to a golden crisp in 100% avocado oil, then serve it with our house fries and house-made tarragon tartar sauce.
