I have always enjoyed baking but three years ago my dream of this business first started.... I had thought about taking a cake decorating class but never pursued it. I finally got enough courage to embrace my artistic side and realized that I had the time. After completing all four courses offered the decorating bug hit me. A year later, I bravely created my daughter's wedding cake. After that I took some time off from decorating cakes and began to explore teaching myself various techniques for decorating cookies and cupcakes. Now I love creating tasty treats and decorating them all. I get plenty of practice making treats for all of my family's events including holidays, birthdays and weddings! One of my specialties is vanilla bean sugar cookies and after much deliberation I decided to pursue this dream hence the name Sweet Vanilla Dreams!
