Today is Riley’s 15th Birthday so I’m only Baking Bread Loaves, if you would like a White or Whole Wheat Loaf, or Anything from Rolling Pin just let us know. Delivering Friday!

Well it has been Great to see the rain today and much cooler temps, just which it wasn’t all from a storm causing so much flooding in other areas! 🙏 Prayers for everyone dealing with flooding and wind damages.

UPDATE….
Today started off like usual….I started baking at 7am after getting Riley’s breakfast made and on the bus. Then it went down hill RAPIDLY!! My Oven wouldn’t heat to more than 180f. Luckily I do have a counter oven and had to pull that out.
Needless to say this is WAY smaller than my oven so I’m having to regroup on the fly. My 1st 2 loaves of Cinnamon Bread are darker than should be :( but next 2 look great!
Working on kolaches now and so far looking good 🤞🏻.
I’m doing my best to get Goodies Baked and NOT Burnt 😮 for this weekend.
I will have several 2packs of Homemade Croissants 🥐 with me 🙌🏼 How many more will depend on this little oven.

The upside is oven seems to be an easy fix Next Week 😬

I will be at 1st Friday on the Square in Hemphill with Rollingpinbakery_TX After the Homecoming Parade. 🏈📣
If there is anything in particular you want us to make sure we have with us or you want to order in advance, drop us a message or post below! 🍪🥮🥯
I know we will have Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, Cinnamon Bread, Focaccia Bread Bagels, Small Pumpkin Bundt Cakes with Butter Rum Sauce (on the side) and Kolaches.
