So with all the many suggestions of me doing a cook book. (Yall really made me feel so good about my recipes) while I’m off work the next 2 weeks I will be working on one. Thank you all for the love you have shown me during my hard time of closing my business. You really know how to make someone feel good.

Since I am now closed I will share my Brussel sprout secrets. 🫢🧐🤫

🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🐥🐥🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Take raw sprouts and cut them in half
Put in mixing bowl
Add olive oil and shake until coated
Put in air fryer for 15-20 minutes if you do not have an air fryer cook them in the oven *425 for 20 minutes OR deep fry them for about a minute until crispy (omit the olive oil if deep frying them)

***this is the secret part***
In separate container add salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder equal parts

When sprouts are crispy add seasoning and serve with balsamic vinegette dressing.

We are low on brussels sprouts! They will be first come first serve. Also, we are heavy on chicken fingers and fries so below will be a special that we will be serving.

Serving 11 until we are sold out at Bank of Frankewing - Hazel Green

We hope to see you all tomorrow for our last hurrah! We will be serving until we are sold out. I would recommend coming early.

It is with heavy heart that I post this.

First I want to thank everyone for the love and support over the past 5 years of service. You all really know how to make someone’s dreams come true.

I have decided to close the food truck at the end of this year. We will honor all of our scheduled commitments for the next two weeks. It is not a decision that I went to lightly, but I think it’s just for the best for now.

We will serve this Friday from 11-1:30 at Stell Enterprise on the highway across from our old restaurant (right past Wavaho) . It may be our last service in Hazel Green.

Again, thank you all for your love and support. You are truly be missed as I have fond memories of my time as an owner of a food truck.
