Oh man - This is the first Gesha (Geisha) we’ve roasted, and we’re so excited about it! It underwent a very cool 96 hour anaerobic honey processing to highlight the sweet fruitiness of the coffee. It smells marvelous! Come grab a bag today. We recommend only making this coffee with a manual preparation method such as a Kalita Wave, but you can try it any way you like!
