I don't think you can fully grasp how soaked I am from this pic. I left a PUDDLE of water under my pedals! Another tent lost and soggy baked goods.
Sorry to the couple that was looking at my products and taking refuge from the rain when the storm said "To hell with your sandbags!"

Well, today was my first day in the kitchen at Woods Edge Farm Store! There were a few wrinkles, but nothing I can't iron out. The ovens work WELL.
I am planning to be there on the currently scheduled pastry days of Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. See you there!

I tried something new with Frozen Harvest Harrisonburg freeze dried sun gold tomatoes!! I laminated the crumbled tomatoes with the butter. Today's first run is a savory bun with spinach, mushroom, and goat cheese.

Harrisonburg Farmers Market (Official) on Tuesday and Saturday. Massanutten Resort on Wednesday morning and Levitt Concert Series Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance Wednesday evening.
