I Carlo, find it absolutely amazing that sub and pizza shops post how they get bread delivered to their front door from a truck that traveled over an hour or so to drop off bread in a box, that was baked a day or so ago in a different city to their front door. Astonishing. The optimal time to consume fresh bread is within 24 hours, at the Boulevard we ferment our dough in house for a day, then prepare and bake our rolls every 12 hours. Always fresh, max shelf life 8 hours. Fagettabouit. Yours truly, Carlito.
