Stepped into a different lane this week. 🍓🔥

Had the opportunity to film an episode of Elevated Eats, a new cannabis-forward culinary series where food, culture, and conversation come together. We teamed up with the incredibly talented Chef Antonio Guillen to create a play off our Strawberry Crunch Layers of Luxe cake jar but with an elevated twist, and had some great conversations in the kitchen about food, creativity, and the journey behind the brand.

Big thank you to Tiffany Castillo and the entire Elevated Eats / The Plugg team for the invitation and hospitality. Shout out to Chef Antonio for bringing the energy, and thank you to Dank for supporting the experience.

Looking forward to seeing this one air. More collaborations, more creativity, and more opportunities to keep representing CHEF FRESH🇭🇳 aka PASTRY PAPI in new spaces.

Caught Kristopher Gonzalez at Change Your Setting and had to put the O.G. Banana Pudding to the test. 🍌🔥

Fresh out the cooler, it was still half frozen… I was over there like damn, my boy got the frozen custard today. 😂

He looked at me and said, “Nah… this banana pudding ice cream is fire!”

Now imagine how crazy it is when it’s chilled and perfectly creamy. 😮‍💨

Made a Comic Cake for a client’s birthday and was challenged to match the nail design as well! How y’all think I did? 🤔

And the cake was a moist 6 inch French Vanilla w/ a Fresh Strawberry Compote Filling! 🍓🍓🍓

Fresh Taste Bakery has officially been selected as a 2026 Harlem Summer Nights Vendor, and we’ll be serving Harlem every Friday from July 10 through August 21!

If you’ve been wanting to try our famous O.G. Banana Pudding, Carrot Cake Cookies, Layers of Luxe Cake Jars, cupcakes, and more, this is your chance.
