From New York to France, the CHEF FRESH story has traveled further than we ever imagined.

This interview with Brut. was translated into French and broadcast through Franceinfo, putting the story of CHEF FRESH and CHEF FRESH🇭🇳 aka PASTRY PAPI in front of audiences across France. People from Paris to Marseille to Nice were reaching out, sending us the video and showing love from thousands of miles away.

And France wasn’t the only place.

Our story has also reached international media including Diario La Prensa de Lara | Tecnología de Medios TMC C.A. in Honduras, reminding us that what started as one man trying to change the direction of his life became a story capable of connecting with people around the world.

Years later, we’re still here.

From AI inspiration to REAL CAKE.

They brought us the challenge, and Chef Fresh brought it to life. A full Tiffany & Co.–inspired storefront built completely in cake for Tiffany’s 40th birthday.

We stacked a 10-inch square base with an extra-tall, multi-layer 8-inch square cake, layered with strawberry compote and buttercream. Then came the details: the signature Tiffany blue, storefront windows, jewelry displays, gift boxes, florals, pearls, and that iconic NYC luxury-store feel.

This wasn’t just a birthday cake. This was architecture in buttercream.

The best part? The client was beyond satisfied with how we transformed the AI concept into something they could actually cut and eat.
