We will be offering the following two cooking classes this fall -
UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN OCTOBER 8
Come join us for a tour of Italy. This class will offer a taste of what will hopefully become some of your new Italian favorites! In this class we’ll be preparing – Mixed Greens and Roasted Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts, Arancini with Smoked Mozzarella and Basil, Spinach Artichoke Lasagna, Penne Rustica, Fennel Baked in Cream and Tiramisu. Come for the fun and stay for dinner.
FESTIVAL OF NATIONS NOVEMBER 5
Join us for a globe hopping culinary tour. In this class we’ll be preparing food from around the world – Seared Sesame Crusted Tuna with Orange Ginger Soy Sauce (Japan), Garlicky Shrimp-Cilantro Tacos (Mexico), Seared Pork Dumplings with Fiery Apricot Sauce (China), Jamaican Beef Patties (Jamaica), Brazilian Cheese Bread (Brazil), Coconut Cream with Bruleed Bananas (Vietnam). Come join us as we sample flavors from around the world.
