We will be offering the following two cooking classes this fall -

UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN OCTOBER 8

Come join us for a tour of Italy. This class will offer a taste of what will hopefully become some of your new Italian favorites! In this class we’ll be preparing – Mixed Greens and Roasted Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts, Arancini with Smoked Mozzarella and Basil, Spinach Artichoke Lasagna, Penne Rustica, Fennel Baked in Cream and Tiramisu. Come for the fun and stay for dinner.

FESTIVAL OF NATIONS NOVEMBER 5

Join us for a globe hopping culinary tour. In this class we’ll be preparing food from around the world – Seared Sesame Crusted Tuna with Orange Ginger Soy Sauce (Japan), Garlicky Shrimp-Cilantro Tacos (Mexico), Seared Pork Dumplings with Fiery Apricot Sauce (China), Jamaican Beef Patties (Jamaica), Brazilian Cheese Bread (Brazil), Coconut Cream with Bruleed Bananas (Vietnam). Come join us as we sample flavors from around the world.

Bienvenue A Paris class last night was a success! We prepared the following - Porcini Mushroom Tartlets, Escargots A La Bourguignonne, Ratatouille, Pommes Dauphinoise, Mustard Chicken and French Pork with Apple Cream Sauce. Great food and excellent company! Thanks to all who attended. We look forward to seeing you in 2017!

Final Cooking Class of 2016 is tomorrow night. The class is - Bienvenue A Paris and it's going to be a good one. We are going to be preparing the following - Porcini Mushroom Tartlets, Escargots A La Bourguignonne, Ratatouille, Pommes Dauphinoise, Mustard Chicken and French Pork with Apple Cream Sauce. It's going to be a great finale!

Last night's Mexican Fiesta class was a huge success! The menu consisted of - Chicken-Chile Relleno's, Lime Shrimp Tacos with Chipotle Crema, Pork Tamales, Frijoles Borrochos (Drunken Beans), Cilantro Lime Rice and Churro Cream Puffs! The food and company was awesome! Thanks to all who joined us last night!

The Fall/Winter Classes are out and they are going to be good!!

A MEXICAN FIESTA
SEPTEMBER 18

Join us for a South of the border feast. In this class we will be preparing the following Mexican dishes - Pork Tamales, Frijoles Borrochos (Drunken Beans), Cilantro Lime Rice, Chicken Chili Relleno, Lime Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Chipotle Crema and Churro Cream Puffs. Come and find a new favorite!

A TASTE OF VIETNAM AND KOREA
OCTOBER 16

Curious to try something new; or maybe you already love Vietnamese and Korean cuisine? Either way, join us for this class as we will be preparing the following dishes - Vegetarian Pho, Meatball Bahn Mi, Spicy Korean Pork, Korean Pancakes, Vietnamese Egg Rolls and Vietnamese Banana Tapioca Pudding. Come and prepare (and eat) some delicious and perhaps…new Asian cuisine.

BIENVENUE A PARIS
DECEMBER 11

It may not be the same as an evening in Paris; but the food in this class will bring you there…at least in spirit! Come join us in preparing some classic French dishes. In this class, we will be making the following - Ratatouille, Pommes Dauphinoise, Mustard Chicken, French Pork with Apple Cream Sauce and Porcini Mushroom Tartlets. Bon appetite!

GREAT BRITAIN COMES TO AMERICA…AGAIN!
NOVEMBER 13

This class features cuisine of the British Isles. Come join us for the flavors of England, Scotland and Ireland as we prepare the following dishes - Bangers and Mash with Irish Ale & Onion Gravy, Welsh Rarebit, Scotch Eggs, Shepherd’s Pie, Corned Beef and Cabbage Egg Rolls and Scones with Clotted Cream. All this without having to fly to the other side of the pond…as they say!

We have another awesome class coming up this Sunday (April 17).

Not sure if you want breakfast or lunch? Do Brunch! In this class we will be preparing and eating what will become some of your new favorite Brunch go to’s! The menu will include – Baked Maple Glazed Bacon, Pulled Pork Hash, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Sausage & Pepper Frittata with Spinach and Goat Cheese, Smoked Salmon Sliders, French Toast Cannoli Rolls, and Shakshuka with Feta (an African dish of spices, tomatoes, Feta Cheese and Eggs).
