Custom Built Chicken Coops I build custom coops according to the customer's needs. I build a number of other things. I can build from new or reclaimed lumber.

A small list just to name a few, Tables, several diffrent picnic tables, adirondacks, Arbors, and porch swings.

Just another coop update. 😑 still not finished. Looks like we have a little rain today. The last few days have been busy for me with other projects.
I managed to geta little more done here isthe latest Pic I'm starting to get a lot of ideas on adding some type of theme to this coop. I would like to here sone ideas if anyone would like to share their idea then by all means leave it in the comments below.

Howdy friends. I have to say those last 2 coops got me worked up and now I want to build another one. Of course I will be delivering a couple of 8ft picnic tables to the public library in the town next to ours tomorrow, but I should have enough time to add up materials a draw up a set of plans for one. It just so happens that a man bought the old house next door and started ripping it out inside, that's were I got the first two coops, but now he has torn out the entire kitchen floor which is some old tongue and groove flooring. This stuff makes for a really nice, really strong and secure chicken coop. The boards fit together leaving no where for all of those predators out there to get through at. There looks to be just enough of it (I'm hoping) to make the floor and 4 walls to the coop. And if I'm really lucky the roof too. 🐓🏠🔨💪

Built me a couple of chicken coops this past few weeks it was a lot of fun. Seems like I build more picnic tables than anything else these days. Here are some pics of my creations. Both were built from recycled materials or reclaimed whatever you want to call it lol I should have gotten better pics of the little one. This was before I cut out a door.
The bigger one actually became home to a pair of ducks. Thought that was pretty cool. Anyways I'm going to go for now. But don't be afraid to hit that like button. Built a new coop this week again out of mostly reclaimed materials. I like recycling all that old lumber and sheet metal instead of throwing it away. Where most see old fence panels on the curb I see my next coop. Lol y'all have a great day.

It's getting cold out there don't forget to turn on the heater, make sure you heat the coop too your birds get cold as well. You can use lamps like these to make sure your feathered friends stay warm and happy in their coops. Don't shine them directly with heat like this through. Put them somewhere where they are at least a few feet away from these bulbs. And watch yourself too, these bulbs get hot enough to melt a trash bag. Not real dangerous but can still hurt if exposed very long too close.
