🥓 pork belly with sorghum butter-Muddy Pond sorghum, rich and smoky.

🥩 Brasstown beef strip loin – pasture raised in the North Carolina mountains, grilled to perfection.

🥚 fried deviled eggs - our fan favorite, topped with bacon jam.

🌾 Arancini with green tomato, cha-cha and grilled okra made with Tidewater grain companies, Carolina gold rice, and drizzled with cheer w**e, barbecue sauce.

🍑 Carolina peach and Siano Barrata salad-Coastal, peaches, mozzarella from Charlotte‘s own Siano, and Ch*****ne vinaigrette over fresh greens from Coastal Plains produce.
