Availability — “How far out do I need to book?”

• Booking your coffee cart at least a month in advance is recommended for a smooth planning process and to accommodate any custom branding on the cart or cups. While a month is ideal, we are flexible, have handled bookings years in advance, and can often accommodate very short-notice events locally in the Greenville area.

• Our busiest seasons are April-May and August-October and dates book up fast! If your event lands within these months, we highly recommend reaching out to us more than a month in advance

Let’s talk pricing - what does coffee cart catering actually cost in Greenville, SC?

Well, it depends on a few factors such as the duration of service, distance from the city, and how many carts are needed for your guest count. A good baseline we see for 2026 is between $800-$1000 for two hours of service for 50-100 guests. Reach out to us to get a custom quote for your event!

The past few months have been unexpectedly busy for us over here, but we’re so grateful!

A few updates on what’s been going on behind the scenes:
- We now have 2 coffee carts 👏🏼
- We have updated all of our paper cups to be double walled and better quality
- New seasonal syrups that we have been working on will be available starting December!
- 2025 dates are filling up fast! Inquire about your date for next year through our website!
