We started making this chili back in 1997 and have been tweaking the recipe ever since. Turns out, the one thing it was missing was more brisket!

We had the opportunity to feed nearly 200 of the current and future men and women of the oil and gas industry — from those already working in the field to the next generation getting ready to make their mark.
Having spent a big part of my career working alongside the people who keep this industry moving, it meant a lot to have East Street BBQ Company be a small part of the day.
A huge thank you to CNX for having us out and for continuing to support the current and future workforce of our region’s energy industry.

East Street BBQ Company is headed to the SCA World Championship in Florida!
We’re a little behind on posting with the 9–5 and back to school keeping us busy, but there’s more to come.
We couldn’t be prouder of Scarlett for earning her Golden Ticket with a perfect score in her first ever BBQ competition.
Thank you to JOSH SMITH KNIVES and Montana Knife Company for all the encouragement they’ve shown her.
And a big thank you to Keith Todd, Jen, Angel, and Williams Ace Hardware for all the work they put into raising money for Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. We were happy to be a small part of it.

We’re looking forward to being back in West Newton this weekend for the annual Grill Your Ace Off Event benefiting Children’s Hospital put on by Williams Ace Hardware
We’ll be firing up our Tagwood BBQ Argentinian Grill and offering a live-fire Asado-inspired menu featuring Prime Tri-Tip with Chimichurri, Wagyu Picanha, and Chicken cooked Asador style over an open wood fire.
There will be plenty of great food throughout the weekend, with Jack Wagon Smoking BBQ LLC, 1822 Winery, Roaming Bean, Marinades Grill Catering, Humble B, Funky Funnels, and Cookey along side us.
Join us Friday and Saturday at Harvest Hills in West Newton and help support Children’s Hospital.

It was a great weekend at Whitehorse Brewing LLC and Bloom Brew! We can’t thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting us this weekend.
And judging by Sunday, the Beef Cheeks from Logan Family Farms with Chimichurri definitely need to make another appearance soon!

We’ve got a big BBQ weekend coming up!
Saturday we’re back at Whitehorse Brewing LLC in Berlin serving up Texas-style Brisket, Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip, and plenty of food to pair with a cold Whitehorse b**r.

Sunday we make our DEBUT at Bloom Brew! And we’re bringing back BEEF CHEEKS! 🔥 Locally sourced from Logan Family Farms, smoked low and slow, then confit in beef tallow. They’ll be in limited supply, so get there early before they’re gone.
