Things are HEATIN up around here!
Did you know the oven heats up to 700-800 degrees to cook our amazing pizza?

The hottest temp yet in the trailer was 114 degrees 🥵 so if you see Joe and see the temp rising, bring him an ice cold water hahaha

Time for a MAC daddy fan to pump the cooler air through the trailer…we are always trying to make things more efficient and more productive here at Lucian’s Flame.

It’s been decided!!

Y’all voted and it stuck…

“Ricotta Be KIDDING Me” will be the chef’s specials new name cuz it’s that dang GOOD and it’s going on the Menu.

It will be replacing the Za because our fav sausage is no longer being sold in stores locally because of farming shenanigans. BUT we will bring it back as a special when we find a new sausage we like 👍🏼

This pizza is runner up to our top selling pizza, the Pepperoni Americana, people love their pepperoni pizzas.

Thank you all for your support, love, comments, and praise.

Our hearts are full and can’t wait to see where this takes us.

When Joe made this pizza and I tasted it, I couldn’t stop thinking about it all throughout the night, blown away by the flavor profiles and hearty texture! He is a flavor genius…you definitely don’t want to miss out on this gem 🍅

Spring is HERE!! What an amazing April it’s turning out to be…starting off with a BANG for our largest event yet at the Oak Ridge Easter Horse Show and Rodeo!

Can’t wait to meet us some real cowboys and serve them the best pizza everrrrr!

Joe and I have been a huge fan of Yellowstone, Landman, and Tombstone lately, just sayin.
