In June 2012, Homeslice Pizza and Subs began tossing dough in Greensboro bringing the taste of Buffalo to the triad. We're the only pizza place around offering unique Buffalo classics such as sheet pizza, Beef on Weck, Buffalo wings cooked to perfection, Costanzo sub rolls, Buffalo chicken finger subs and more - just like you had it at home in Western NY. So come on in - or get some catered or delivered - to get your slice of Buffalo today! Our secret starts with the fresh dough, made in shop daily. Our traditional style is then hand-tossed, made on a pan, cooked in a stone oven. We use a blend of fresh tomatoes, with house-seasonings to make our sauce. Then, top your pizza with only the finest Grande Mozzarella cheese. Our crust is like NYC thin – meets Chicago deep dish. Just enough crunch and just enough substance. For those looking for the true Buffalo inspired pizza – just ask and we’ll give you the cup and char (little) pepperoni to suite your taste! We serve Pizza by-the-slice. World-famous Pizza Balls. Today is a very exiting day for our sister brand as Melt Kitchen and Bar opens their second location @ 3606 N. Elm Street (not downtown) in the former Elm Street Grill. Hours and menu will be the same at both locations with the exception the new location will temporarily not be open on Mondays. Come stop by and check out the new place and all we’ve done!
