For over 6 years, I’ve had the honor of working alongside Jo.�
From the bright-eyed and eager student who first walked through our doors, to the leader, mentor, coffee vet, mom of two, and absolute force she is today, Jo has been one of the most impactful individuals in Union’s story thus far.�
While an exciting new chapter awaits, Tomorrow, 3/12, will be Jo's last shift at The U.�
Through countless transitions, challenges, seasons of growth, and everyday moments in between, she has led, innovated, mentored, upheld our culture, and challenged people higher. Through all of it, she's never lost her heart for people, her joy, or her spark.�
