This Sunday is Molly Maguire's Session 4 - 7 PM.
Don't forget many of us are on vacation or some may even be competing at the Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann in Belfast this week.
Please come out and support our players that are steering the ship. Steve Stanislaw ( banjo, guitar, fiddle, vocals) and John Beatty (flute, bouzouki, bodhrán, whistle, vocals).
It should be a great evening with a few more songs as Steve and John have some nice vocal harmonies and songs they only sing when working as a duo. Still this session is majority tunes so don't expect a ballad band.
While the cats away the mice will play so I'm looking forward to the stories when I return next week.
Slán go fóill,
Terry
P.S. For those more oriented to singing, Philadelphia Celtic Singing Session is Thursday, 7-10 PM, next week at the Commodore John Barry Arts & Cultural Center "The Irish Center" near Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia. All ages welcome no cover charge. Drinks and limited pub menu available for purchase.
