This is how I wrap the brisket in the morning! BBQ is a labor of love, my dad traditionally is the one that wraps brisket in the morning. His day here starts at 2:30 am while luckily my day doesn’t start until 5:30-6:00. He’s on vacation so it’s left for me to do!

Couple of regulars back to back from yesterday! Saturday’s we are able to be a little more slow paced. The customers seem to be in less of a hurry, definitely allows me to chat a bit more and not be so rushed.
