Unfortunately, we won’t be able to open as planned. My wife took a bad fall and fractured her L4 in her back, so right now our focus needs to be on her and getting her healthy.
We hate having to cancel and apologize to everyone who was planning on coming out to see us. We truly appreciate all of your support and understanding.The crawfish is sad… and so are we. 🦞😢 We will back at it next month. Thank y’all for understanding and keep her in your thoughts!

🔥🦐 Y’ALL SHOWED UP! 🦐🔥

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out yesterday and braved the Kansas heat to support Cajun Connection! It was hotter than a crawfish boil in a parking lot, but that didn’t stop y’all from showing up hungry!

Thanks to all of you, we SOLD OUT! We can cook the food, but you guys are the reason we get to keep doing what we love. We truly appreciate every plate bought, every kind word, and everyone who keeps coming back for more.

Thank you, Great Bend! We’ll keep the Cajun food hot… hopefully Mother Nature can turn the temperature down a little next time! Marci Liebl you are this weeks winner.
