Hell of a shopping day. Stopped by Etho in Phoenix, OR for a Melt Down Sanwich from our friend Nik Martin.

I said "Nik make me your best", he made me his Melted BLT. Wow it was really good. The bread was cooked perfect, the bacon was overloaded and had a fantastic flavor. One thing I loved was the shredded lettuce, I personally hate when anyone uses full leaves.

Had the opportunity to stop by the black bird in Phoenix Oregon and meet a fellow hot dog vendor or you could say a legend, a wonderful lady Tracis who was working the cart and gave me the history.

They started as luigi's in 1969 know for there world famous garbage grinder and local Hot dog Carts. There restaurant is located at 1619 N Riverside Ave Medford, or

Unfortunately Tracis wasn't up and running so didn't have opportunity to try but I'll be back to try there dogs so many many of my customers ask for there sweet hot mustard

Shout out to a and up coming food pop up, KPNKP Creole Foods. OMG I haven't had these flavors since I worked in New Orleans.

The okra was beautiful, cooked perfect, the catfish was encrusted with corn meal and was tender and flaky. Add some jambalaya Forgetabout, was made just how I remember from my days in New Orleans

Nana has a passion for her food and it shows. If you want some authentic Creole Cusine, you need to find them, they're on Rogue River Highway 541-295-6542. Look for there purple canopy. AMAZING!!!
