THIS IS MY STORY:

The beginning of Jimmy's New York Style Street Dogs.

Jimmy's hot dog love begins with his dad who took him to NY hot dog carts after hand digging graves by pick and shovel.

Flash forward he spent over 20 plus years working in the Culinary industry, starting as young kid doing dishes.

In times, he struggled to work his way up through the ranks.

Being married with three sons to support and continuing to be committed to his dreams, he was able to achieve his culinary degree, become a certified CEC, CCE, winning many Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in culinary competition against the best of the best.

He worked and built some of the most famous corporations,hotels and restaurants and small moms and pops operations and casinos across the country.

Working with Emirl Lagasse, Wolfgang Puc and more, but NEVER losing his love for hot dogs.

Ended up marrying my beautiful wife Kandise, we decided to move to Oregon 12 years ago. I gave up cooking and became a mill worker making plywood.

That's where I met the best friends I've ever had. Because one of them, (Mathew Wymer), suggested I start a hot dog cart, It would be fun he said so I thought, there's really no good Authentic NY, flavored hot dogs in town so I decided to bring it to Southern Oregon. extremely hard work but the fun is meeting all you wonder people its been amazing

Authentic hot dogs from NY and specials from my experiences traveling the country. Forget aboutit, Hold my beer see what I bring from my travels.

It was a beautiful day. Got to give out some delicious NY Style Dogs to very deserving people today.

Some to our regulars and some to those that got the opportunity to try us out for the first time promising to be back.

Our hearts are full and we love knowing that those that are out there taking care of us were working on a full belly.

WE WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY

Thursday back out at Endless Summer Garden Supply and Friday we'll be out at Pints N Wine Pourhouse in the afternoon.

We are closed today to celebrate Fathers day. Happy Fathers day to all you dads.

Wanted to recap yesterday at Area 61 Taphouse,Thanks for inviting us out for your Summer Kick-Off Party.

What a great Pints and Pistons car show and ALCYON MASSIVE music festival!!! Had a great conversation with him about growing up on the East Coast, traveling the country and how happy we both are the we found Oregon to land in.

It was so wonderful to meet so many other vendors, new customers, new friends and do some food swapping.

Two Feathers Fry Bread. Wife had their Avocado Fry Bread for lunch. Fantastic combination of Fry bread, avocado 🥑, Tomato 🍅, Cabbage 🥬 and red onion 🧅, sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning. She loved it.

My Island Kitchen, we shared the Ribs, Mac Salad and Sticky rice. Off the hook!!! So full of flavor and a great combination of warm and cool after a long hot day.

Pies and Thighs together with Papa Loca, were also there, but didn't get the chanceYET to try them out. Fantastic family owned businesses.

Loved meeting you all and look forward to working together in the future
