🥧 Dutch Apple Pie — loaded with tender apples, a buttery crumb topping, vanilla ice cream, and caramel drizzle. And when we say a slice, we mean it — each generous serving is ¼ of a pie!

🍫 🍋‍🟩 Chocolate Key Lime Cheesecake — a rich, chocolatey twist on a bright and tangy favorite.

At River’s Edge Restaurant, the quality of what goes on your plate starts with where it comes from. Our filet mignon, ribeye , lamb, pork osso buco, duck, bacon, and burger meat come from Cherry Street Meats, a family-owned, full-service butcher shop in Medford that has been serving Southern Oregon since 1981.

We love being able to work with a local butcher known for quality cuts and decades of experience — because supporting local businesses while serving our guests great food is something we can all feel good about. ❤️

And since it’s Friday… we can’t think of a better excuse to treat yourself to a great steak dinner. 🥩🍷

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Becky! 🌟

Becky has been part of the River’s Edge team for about 5½ years, working behind the scenes as one of our prep cooks.

Her love for cooking started at home, helping her mom in the kitchen, and continued into high school where she took every cooking class she could and even participated in cooking competitions.

Today, Becky is one of those people who quietly helps keep everything moving. She shows up, puts in the work, and can always be counted on to get the job done—all while being a genuinely wonderful person to have on our team.

We’re so grateful for everything Becky brings to River’s Edge and lucky to have had her with us for all these years. ❤️
