Let us introduce ourselves. We are a ghost kitchen operating out of Ledger & Ladle. We make wings for you to take away. Everything made in house, full of flavor, and ready for all your summer adventures. So, whether you want wings for your summer potlucks, a great boat snack while fishing, or even a bar snack while hanging at The Tied by RBC, we can help. Let's give you a quick Q & A get to know us!

We are The Flightless Bird. We are the same folks behind the food at Ledger & Ladle, but we are NOT Ledger & Ladle. We are a takeout only option offering some pretty spectacular wings (if you had the wings during Ledger & Ladle's Ramen shack, then you know)!
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆?...wings. No burgers, no fries, no veggies, no soda. We serve wings.

Check out the menu and choose your wings ( www.ledgerandladle.com/the-flightless-bird ). Call 218-360-9572 and order you wings. Come to the bar at 16 NE 3rd St, Grand Rapids, MN to pick up your wings (Ledger & Ladle). What you do with the wings after that is up to you. We recommend eating them.

Nope. Takeout only friends. You are welcome to enjoy Ledger & Ladle's current menu in the restaurant and get some wings to bring home at the end, but seating at Ledger & Ladle is reserved for guests dining with their current menu.

Tuesday - Saturday 12 pm - 8 pm and Sunday 12 pm - 7 pm.
𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝑮𝒍𝒖𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝑭𝒓𝒆𝒆?
While the wings themselves are gluten free, they are fried in a frier that cooks items with gluten. Some of the sauces may also contain gluten. When you call please let us know of any allergies so we can help you safely navigate the menu.
