I know it’s too hot for the true blue Yooper blood and I’m sorry but boy am I thrilled today.

People always sound surprised when I say September is our best Summer month. ☀️ Hot days, cool nights, and a warm* lake 💙

*as warm as Superior will ever be for the season.

Music on the Front Porch of the beautiful ice cream house 1-3 pm today.
A Place to Land played on our porch 10 years ago and we are so excited to welcome them back.
Everyone is welcome, have some lunch and ice cream or just bring a chair and enjoy some music and sunshine ☀️

In honor of this fun & beautiful weekend we will have $10 sandwiches.

We can’t personally say goodbye to the grinders yet, so we have a few left to make for anyone looking for another one.

Music Fest weekend is always such a busy fun time to be in Grand Marais.
Last night we were able to hear the last songs of the first performers and it was great!! Bands start at 3 today 🎶

Last week for Shack Grinders. 🙌🏼

It’s been fun creating them again and serving everyone one of their favorites.
Next on our menu is the chicken salad wrap. Everything has arrived just waiting on pecans. Hoping for some hot summer days for this refreshing meal. ☀️
