As the warmth of Thanksgiving begins to settle and we look back on the moments shared, we want to take a quiet moment to speak from the heart. To every customer, every friend we’ve made along the way, and every person who has supported us through this journey—you have become part of our story in a way we will never forget.
This year on the food truck has been one filled with laughter, long days, meaningful conversations, and the kind of community love that keeps us going even on the hardest mornings. You welcomed us, uplifted us, and allowed us into your routines, your celebrations, and your families. For that, we are deeply, truly thankful.
Life has a way of reminding us that growth isn’t always a straight path. Sometimes we have to take a small step back in order to leap forward with purpose. Last week, we signed our food trailer over to its new owners—closing one chapter with gratitude and opening another with hope.
While we wait for our new trailer to arrive, we will be closed for the meantime. But this pause is filled with excitement, creativity, and dreams for what’s next. We’re crafting a new menu with love—adding vegetarian options, new flavors, and special dishes we hope will make you feel right at home when we return.
We anticipate being back on the road by February 2026, ready to serve you with renewed passion and even more heart.
