🍕 Local business shoutout! 🍕

This was my second time at Brutal Pie, and I can officially say… it wasn’t a fluke. 🤤 This sourdough pizza is absolutely INSANE!

The crust is perfectly crisp and chewy, the toppings are creative, and every pizza we’ve tried has been so good. We ordered two completely different ones, and they both knocked it out of the park.

If you haven’t been yet, you really should! They’re located in the old Lowell building, and they’re doing something special over there.

Go show them some love—you won’t regret it!

Some flavors don’t just satisfy a craving…

They take you back.

Back to slow mornings, the smell of cinnamon filling the house, licking the frosting off your fingers, and the feeling that everything was okay for just a little while. 🤎

That’s the inspiration behind my two newest creations.

A cinnamon roll-inspired co**ha baked with warm cinnamon sugar and finished with a rich cream cheese drizzle.

Why Apapacho?

Because in Mexico, apapacho is a beautiful word that’s often described as “a hug for the soul.” It’s comfort. It’s love. It’s the feeling of being cared for.

To every single person who’s messaged me these last few weeks… thank you. 🥹🤍

I’ve lost count of how many messages I’ve received saying, “I tried another co**ha, but it just wasn’t the same,” or “I can’t wait until you’re back!”

I don’t think you’ll ever truly know how much those words mean to me. As a small business owner, hearing that something I created has become part of your weekends, your family traditions, and your cravings is the biggest compliment I could ever receive.
