We will be set up from 5-8 on friday (unless we sell out) with all of the classics.

💥FRIDAY MENU!💥

🏈 Pulled Pork or Brisket Sandwich Meal ($13.50 plus tax) - includes a pulled pork or brisket sandwich topped with BBQ sauce, with your choice of two sides

🏈 Loaded BBQ Nacho ($13.50 plus tax)- Chips topped with nacho cheese, brisket or pulled pork, BBQ sauce, baked beans, sour cream, and jalapenos.

🏈 1/2 Rack Rib Meal ($15.00 plus tax) - 5 rib bones sauced to perfection in a Raspberry Chipotle glaze with two sides

🏈 BBQ Sundae ($13.50 plus tax) - creamy macaroni and cheese, topped with pulled pork or shredded brisket, baked beans, BBQ sauce, sour cream and jalapenos.

Sides include: Baked Beans and macaroni and cheese or substitute chips.

If you're one of those people who enjoy having your own football party at home, we get it! During football season we are going to keep this going! Meat by the pound or sides by the pan! Brisket is 17.49/lb
Pulled Pork is 8.19/lb
Ribs are 25$ per rack.
Wings 1.00ea
Smoked Sausage $4.99/lb
Small pan sides 35.00 ea (feeds roughly 15-20 people)

Large pan sides 70.00 ea (feeds roughly 40-50 people)

We can also include BBQ sauce, buns, silverware and plates for an additional charge.

Let us make your football or volleyball season great! We will be at W**e, B**r & Spirits Grand Island from 5-8 on Friday for easy pick up!

All orders have to be prepaid before pick up.

Edit: All orders need to be pre-ordered and prepaid for to gaurentee we have enough to still serve BBQ from the trailer. We cannot take special orders the day of our truck going out. Brisket and pulled pork are a minimum of a 10-16 hour process.

I have a producer wanting to bring in a couple hogs. I have half of one sold. If you are interested in half or a whole hog please send me a message.

He wants 290.00 for the full hog, plus processing or 145.00 for half of a hog plus processing.

If you have already ordered an 1/8th of a beef, i wanted you to be aware. There was a time delay and we will be processing these beef this week as they didn't come into the locker when originally anticipated. I have one done from a separate producer and will be calling everybody on Monday with updates, weights and pricing.
If you are on my October list for beef, I will also be reaching out Monday.
