“Mmmm, what shall I cook today with all this fresh, local, farm food?” -Executive Chef Dakota

Meet another member of our amazing staff, Executive Chef Dakota. Dakota grew up working in the local food movement. He worked for Doc at Braeburn Farms, Eliza at Cane Creek, Maple View Farms, Saxapahaw General Store and The Eddy Pub. His knowledge and creativity are a powerful combination when it comes to putting dishes together for Reverence Farms Cafe. If you don’t see him in the kitchen you can usually find him around town with his wife and young son or on a disc golf course.
We are grateful to have such a powerful, passionate mind at the stove cooking up fantastic food, but first, COFFEE!
