Stew's Brews & Chews will be back at the Sea Island Farmers Market this chilly Saturday morning! We'll be bringing our popular light-medium Colombian with notes of almond, cherry and vanilla, a medium roasted Peruvian with notes of dark chocolate, almond and citrus, and our dark roasted Sumatra that was such a hit the last time! You better believe Stew's Brews & Chews will be at The Market Under The Oaks tomorrow night! We saved the best for last - we've got a limited supply of a fruity and bright Ethiopian, a wonderful medium roasted Colombian with notes of almond, cherry and vanilla, and for you dark-roast lovers, we've got an incredible Sumatra from the Orangutan Coffee Project! This line up could only get better with some slices of both chocolate and vanilla pound cake! The weather is going to be great and we can't wait to see you all!

Know your roaster - roasting coffee has been my passion for almost 15 years. Outside of coffee roasting, I am a bank fraud investigator and my passions and expertise there within are elder financial exploitation and business email compromise. I am a Certified Fraud Examiner, and I started a new business called Beacon Financial Crime Advisors (beaconfinancialcrimeadvisors.com) to address these topics. While I was out of work in 2025, I hand-wrote all of my knowledge and expertise, and I created two guidebooks that address these topics that are available on my website noted above. On 09/23/26, I will be the featured guest on a podcast called, "You're Going to Be Great at This" with Chris Castanes. I was interviewed to discuss business email compromise and how devastating it can be to an unprepared business. If you're not busy, you should check it out!

We had a pretty good day at the Sea Island Farmers Market today, but we still have some bags outstanding that would love a deserving kitchen (if you're in the Tri-County area, I can deliver). For my dark roast fans, we've got two bags of whole bean Sumatra with earthy notes and a velvety smooth finish (I can grind them for you if you tell me how you brew), for those that enjoy medium roasts, I've got 3 bags of whole bean Colombia and 1 bag of ground (dark chocolate, almond, cherry & vanilla) (for either a refillable Keurig or for drip), 1 bag of whole bean Guatemala Huehuetenango (chocolate, nutty with a tinge of citrus), 4 bags of whole bean Brazil & Peru (chocolate and nutty), and two bags of Chiapas, Mexico (lotta chocolate) 1 whole bean and 1 ground. Stew's Brews & Chews will be at the Sea Island Farmers Market this weekend - 09/12/26. We will be bringing a light and fruity Ethiopian bean, a medium roasted Colombian bean with notes of chocolate, cherry and vanilla, and our dark roast is a special one from Sumatra. This bean comes from the Orang Utan Coffee Project which promotes sustainable coffee farming and social responsibility by supporting rainforest conservation, protecting orangutan habitats, and helping farming communities build a more sustainable future. We'll be bringing: 3 delicious brews: a light-medium Ethiopian (a bright berry-filled cup), a lighter-medium Colombian (full body and notes of dark chocolate, caramel, cherry and vanilla), and our medium-dark Chiapas, Mexican bean (it'll make your tastebuds jump with lots of chocolate)! Stew's Brews & Chews will be at the The Market Under The Oaks in The Ponds neighborhood this evening. We will have 3 delicious brews: a light-medium Ethiopian (a bright berry-filled cup), a lighter-medium Colombian (full body and notes of dark chocolate, caramel, cherry and vanilla), and our medium-dark Chiapas, Mexican bean (it'll make your tastebuds jump with lots of chocolate)! I'm also bringing slices of my chocolate and vanilla pound cake - I sampled them both today, and I think you're going to be hard pressed to find a better tasting cake (even Momma's)! Stew's Brews & Chews will be back at Sea Island Farmers Market this Saturday. We're bringing a couple of new beans, too. Our light roast is an exciting Ethiopian with some very interesting notes (strawberry, chocolate and pineapple), our medium roast hails from Huehuetenango, Guatemala (notes of milk chocolate, stone fruit, brown sugar, & cherry), and our dark roasted Chiapas, Mexico bean (notes of dark chocolate, almond, & brown sugar). Saturday will be a great time to stop by and try some new sips - hint, hint!

We're bringing a light-medium roast of our Colombian with a full body and notes of dark chocolate, caramel, cherry, vanilla, and roasted almond, a new medium blend of Brazil & Peru with nuttiness, dark chocolate and vanilla, and a medium-dark Mexican bean that's full of chocolate. We'll also have slices of my award-winning pound cake! We were rained out last month, so we're eager to be back!
