Weekend brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM with a lineup that covers all of it, from the Banana Foster French Toast and Cast Iron Cinnamon Roll to the Nashville Hot Chicken Bao Bun and Korean Fried Chicken Bao Bun. Happy hour just got a whole lot better. The Ahi Poke is on our happy hour eats menu for just $9 and it is exactly what a Tuesday afternoon should look like. Ahi tuna, avocado, spicy mayo, furikake, and wonton, available Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM. Drinks start at 11.

Happy National Wh***ey Sour Day. We may not have a classic Wh***ey Sour on the menu but we do have a bar full of incredible wh***ey and a team that knows how to use it. Come in and let the bartender take care of you tonight. Happy hour drink specials run Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM and the spirits list is extensive.

The Avocado Toast at Copper & Sage is smashed avocado, peppered chèvre, heirloom tomato, arugula, and a poached egg on sweetberry wheat with a balsamic glaze drizzle, and it is exactly what Saturday morning should taste like. Brunch is served Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 2 PM with a full lineup including Banana Foster French Toast, Cast Iron Cinnamon Roll, Crab Cake Benedict, and a Grab Your Brunch Hat waiting at the bar. Full menu kicks in at 11. Come in and let the weekend do its thing.
