🥔 Griddle Grub Spud Scavenger Hunt Update!

We’ve had several spuds found—thank you to everyone who has been out searching and participating! 🎉

If you have found a spud, please make sure it is returned and claimed by July 31. Check our page for when and where we’ll be open. We need all found spuds turned in so we can get them back into circulation for future hunts.

We would love to make our Spud Scavenger Hunt a monthly tradition, but we need everyone’s help to make that possible.

Here are a few friendly reminders:
🥔 When you find a spud, please post a photo or comment letting us know which numbered spud ( #) you found on the original post on our fb page.
🥔 Return and claim your prize by the posted deadline.
🥔 Only ONE spud per person so everyone has a fair chance to join in the fun.

Faces Behind the Scenes ❤️

My name is Jessica Baker (left), and I am the owner/operator of Griddle Grub. In the middle is my dad, Ray, and on the right is my mom, Teresa.

One year ago today, I took a leap of faith and started a brand-new journey as a single mom, chasing a food industry dream that didn’t seem possible. Building Griddle Grub has come with long days, late nights, challenges, tears, and countless learning experiences, but it has also brought so much joy and so many amazing people into my life.

None of this would have been possible without my parents. Their love, encouragement, and willingness to jump in wherever they’re needed have been the foundation that has helped make this dream a reality. Whether it’s prepping, serving customers, maintenance, cleaning, setting up, tearing down, or simply reminding me to keep going on the hard days, they have been there every step of the way.

To everyone who has stopped by the trailer, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or supported our small business over this past year—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

Here’s to an incredible first year and to many more years of serving up Griddle Goodness in Every Bite! ❤️🍔🚚

We need your help in finding our lost spuds. Read the clues below to find a spud, one per person, redeemable when open. Return our spud for a free ribbon fry! 2. You can find me behind the old red Amax equipment.

4. Below Camplex park is an arch which is where you’ll find me. (FOUND)

5. Hanging with a Slugger is where I’ll be.

6. Amongst the flowers in front of the tallest building downtown. (FOUND)

8. Checking out the newest vacuum at GTC is where you’ll find me.
