It’s been a busy 2026 for Cravings!

No catering too big or small for us. We love creating fresh food for everyone!

Big thank you to CCSO, CCSD, City of Gillette, Loss Mommas of Gillette, REMAX Professionals for choosing Cravings. and of course our coal mines who keep us extra busy. We appreciate all of you!

We are booking into August now with very limited availability. As event season is coming up and our trailer will be hitting those with our Cravings Breakfast Burritos, Smash Burgers and new wraps.!

Hello Friends! We are gearing up for a very busy Summer/Fall. As we have become extremely busy with Catering this past year, (thank you to all our awesome customers) we have outgrown our trailer! We have a new one being built and set to arrive in 8 weeks.

We will be listing our 8x16’ full food trailer this week for sale. If you know of anyone who is looking to start a food trailer, this trailer is amazing. It is only a year and half old and in perfect condition. It will include our cold table and refrigerator in it as well. Title on hand.

Hello friends!

We’re still here. The holidays were an extremely busy time for us. We served our fresh meals to over 1200 people and let’s just be honest, providing quality food is what we do, social media… not so much!

Big thank you to all our customers who booked Caterings and Events with our trailer in 2025! We are humbled, a little tired but ready for 2026!

We are working on our 2026 menus as well as getting back to everyone on dates we have open for our trailer to be at events this year!
