🔥 SOLD OUT! 🔥

That’s a wrap for today! We want to send a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported us. Whether you grabbed lunch, dinner, or just stopped by to say hello, we truly appreciate each and every one of y’all.

The support for Midland Cooking Company continues to amaze us, and we couldn’t do it without this awesome community.

We’ll be back at Zeddie’s Party Shop next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, bringing the smoke, the BBQ, and all the goodness y’all have come to expect.

Good morning, y’all!

We’re covering a large catering event this morning, so today’s menu is a little more limited than originally planned. The smokers have still been putting in work, and we’ll have plenty of great BBQ ready when the window opens!

Midland Cooking will be open today, but we’ll be running a limited menu.

Our smokers have been putting in work, but due to a large catering event this morning, ribs will not be available as originally planned.

We’ll have plenty of other great barbecue ready for lunch, and the full menu will be posted soon. Keep an eye out and come see us when you’re ready to eat!

We’re serving it up from 11AM–7PM… or until SOLD OUT!

Come early before the rain hits and grab:
Pulled Pork, Smoked Mississippi Pulled Beef, Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, Smoked Bologna & Dixiecrats.

Plus all the sides you need — pasta salad, collards, potato salad & church rice.

We learned from last week and scaled the cook up a bit… and that means there’s still PLENTY of BBQ left!
