Happy 4th. I’m trying a new creation today. I mixed a block of cream cheese with a pint of raspberries, chopped bacon, triple cheddar cheese, diced jalapeño, BFF and our pork rub. Wrapped in bacon and dusted it again with some pork rub. I can’t wait!!!! What are some of your fun sides today?

Put together some Spinach Feta and mushroom pinwheel flank steaks for tomorrow night. I can’t wait. We miss these from Costco so many years ago so I decided to make my own. I will put the recipe in the comments. PinwheelSteak
