Our next competition is a little over a week away. May 3rd and 4th we will be in Show Low for the 7th Annual Show Low BBQ Throw Down and SCA Steak Cook Off on Friday. This is one of our favorite comps. Only a short distance from the Valley. Come up and experience KCBS BBQ. We are also celebrating Jessica Dae and her birthday!

Still recovering from Las Vegas. Here are some highlights of the weekend and the last competition of the year. Thanks to the Nevada BBQ Association for putting on a great event. We finished 8th overall in a talented 32 team field. 2018 ended great with a 1st Place finish in Chicken with our first perfect 180. Buckshot BBQ won the GC and Iowa Smoky D’s received RGC.

We are in competition mode. Next weekend we will be competing in one of our favorite events - The Downtown Throwdown in Las Vegas. This is our first event in quite some time as we took some time off from BBQ to compete at the World Food Championships. Now it’s time for BBQ. See everyone next weekend in Vegas.
