From Day 1 it’s been a passion of ours to service as many local businesses as will have us❤️. I think that just comes hand and hand with baking… sharing the love!

It’s never been about competition to us… it THRILLS us to see people go to other businesses and also get to enjoy our products. Sure, we love having you in store! But watching our wholesale businesses thrive and grow selling our products, is equally a joy. It’s really a win/win.

We will have about EIGHTY (80) loaves ready to sell today!!! They will be fresh out of the oven in 30 mins! Too hot to slice for another 2 hours BUT… COME GET IT👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I swear these are even better than last year… somehow. That or I just forgot how good these really are. We are planning on cranking pumpkin loaves out every day so fear not if you miss out today… these babies will go FAST!

Not the post any small business wants to make but here we are. It is the last resort and there is not another options unfortunately😔

No one could have prepared me for the weighty decisions like these that owning your own business would demand. Not only worrying about the health of the business but my employees and customers. The larger you grow, the more responsibility you feel.

One thing about us though, we will get through this👏🏼. My staff are troopers and beyond that… they believe in our product and what we do here. And I’m forever thankful for that.

Thank you guys sooo much for your patience these last couple days! Bread and bagels have been SUPER off schedule BUT, we *should* (I say with caution😜) be back to normal now😅.

On top of A-LOT of employees vacations stacking on top of one another, we recently got a new air conditioner. With the overly hot temperatures on the forecast it appears we over-compensated and aren’t quite use to how well this new little A/C works? It seems to be working a little TOO well😆. We’ve had to play around and adjust to fermentation and proofing times. We’re coming in at 4am to it being freezing cold in the back and dough that has hardly moved… all while being extremely understaffed💀.

ANYWAYS, sourdough and small businesses problems, haha! I think we are back ahead of the game again so like I said, thank you so much for your patience and support❤️. We are working with a wild product and we don’t take any shortcuts around here, even when it hurts. I can only hope the occasions inconveniences assure our legitimacy 😆.

You guys love and support keeps us going through these little setbacks❤️. Much love to you all! We will be fully stocked on delicious bread today after 3:00 and tomorrow should be “normal”🥳.
