My last cakes going in the oven for the weekend 😅
Who can guess how many LAYERS I had to bake for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday orders? (Note: each pan is a layer)
First person to guess gets a FREE dozen cupcakes. Just plain decoration guys, I’m busy! 😘

42 was the correct answer.

42 cake layers. On average I can bake 4 at a time, depending on size. I have some big cakes this weekend.
That’s 10.5 rounds of baking at 40 minutes per round.
That’s 7 hours of just baking time. I literally have 2 full time jobs. And only enjoy one of them 😂

I’m planning another pop up so need your inputs!

I know half of Georgetown is on vacation this week so wanting to know if it would be a good time or not.

July 11 through the 19th. Would weekends or weekdays work better for you guys? I’m thinking 2 to 3 days I could be open and be stocked with all the goodies! I will do pre-pays for pick ups or you can just pop in. But no pre-orders, I will just post what I have available! Let me know what you all think!
