We’re opening a brand-new Chesapeake smoke shack at Georgetown Yacht Haven, and we’re looking for hardworking, dependable people who enjoy working outdoors, taking care of guests, and being part of something from the very beginning.
We’re currently hiring for part-time positions:
Bartenders
Cooks
Counter Crew & Support Staff
If you love being on the water, fast-paced days, and helping create a place people will come back to all season long, we’d love to meet you.
Compensation
⚓ Bartenders: $5/hour + tips
⚓ Cooks: $18–20/hour + share of the food truck tip pool
⚓ Counter Crew & Support Staff: $15-18/hour + tips (where applicable)
Part-time seasonal positions. Weekend & holiday availability required.
