Things are looking a little different around here… we are putting down roots The Grounds at Rose & Dagger at Rose & Dagger Coffee Co.

Same delicious tacos, same amazing experience… in a new and beautiful place!

This new spot allows us to lean into a very important piece of our business and our hearts 💕 • bringing people together with community and food. We are excited to join the community of The Grounds along with Rose & Dagger Coffee Company Churros.ATX & Sourdough Bakery, Deli, Market to build a space where people can come… enjoy good food, good coffee and sit a spell under the shade of this amazing pecan tree. 🌳

We hope you will come see us in our new space

Blue skies & trailer vibes • 💙☁️

Six years ago we accidentally fell into the mobile event landscape and we wouldn’t trade it for anything!

Corporate events, celebrations, weddings, birthdays… we are here for all of it!

So grateful for this you have all helped us build 🫶🏼

The fire is lit long before the first guest arrives…

The oak begins to crackle. Smoke drifts through the air. Cast iron warms over glowing coals. Boots leave dusty footprints in the grass as another meal begins—not in a kitchen hidden behind walls, but out in the open where everyone can gather around.

This is how we believe food was meant to be shared

Slowly

Intentionally

Over a live fire

Our Live Fire Experience isn’t about flashy trends or complicated presentations. It’s about honest ingredients, skilled hands, and the kind of meal that makes people linger a little longer around the table.
You’ll hear the sizzle before you taste it. You’ll smell the smoke before the first plate is served. And somewhere between the flames and the laughter, dinner becomes part of the story your guests will remember.

That’s what we’re chasing every time we load a trailer before sunrise.

Not just a great meal, but a great experience.

We believe the best memories aren’t made in a hurry. They’re built around a fire, shared with people you love, and served with genuine hospitality.

So pull up a chair

We’ll bring the fire
