The fire is lit long before the first guest arrives…

The oak begins to crackle. Smoke drifts through the air. Cast iron warms over glowing coals. Boots leave dusty footprints in the grass as another meal begins—not in a kitchen hidden behind walls, but out in the open where everyone can gather around.

Our Live Fire Experience isn’t about flashy trends or complicated presentations. It’s about honest ingredients, skilled hands, and the kind of meal that makes people linger a little longer around the table.
You’ll hear the sizzle before you taste it. You’ll smell the smoke before the first plate is served. And somewhere between the flames and the laughter, dinner becomes part of the story your guests will remember.

We're excited to partner with El Hombre Taco this Saturday. Enjoy tacos during Summer Jamboree from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM, then stick around as the food truck rolls in from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM alongside live music and full bartender service.
