My newest cookie, craving nuts and chocolate so I came up with this beauty. A brownie cookie rolled in crushed pecans and walnuts baked so the nuts get all toasty. Next comes the caramel drizzle and then chocolate drizzle. It’s heavenly and delicious! ❤️

This brings me back to my childhood, I’ve always loved Hostess Cupcakes!! I made my own version of my favorite cupcakes in a Whoopie pie form. Two soft chocolate cookies sandwiches a generous vanilla buttercream filling, topped with chocolate ganache and don’t forget the iconic Hostess swirl! Just one bite and I feel like I’m back in my early years riding to the convenience store on my bike and getting this cupcake. Oh sweet memories ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

If you know me, I’m always playing with my food 😘 the best part about baking is playing around with flavors, techniques, seeing what goes best together. Sometimes the best surprises is when you get to taste what you created! Ube, or purple sweet potato was such a great surprise! I love how this turned out! The color was absolutely beautiful! ❤️ Ube crinkle cookies!

My first attempt in making cannolis turned out way better than I expected! This has been something I’ve always wanted to try to make because I love them! Someone told me practice practice until yours become top notch! ❤️ taking that advice and running with it, now I’ve overcome the fear and will be making more! These are so light and crispy with tons of flavor. The cannoli shell is made with Marsala wine and given some tender love. The filling is ricotta cheese and make sure you completely drain your ricotta cheese even if you don’t think it has liquid in it. This will alter your filling if you don’t. I decided to dipped my shells in chocolate and white chocolate then roll them with pistachios and a drizzle of chocolate on top. Perfect 🤌🏼 every time! 😋 ❤️

Tonight’s episode of what to make! I have been having a sweet tooth craving for a while now. Since I absolutely love my strawberry cheesecake layer, I decided to do a lemon blueberry cheesecake this time. Couldn’t be happier with how this turned out. Moist and soft lemon cake with blueberry preserves swirled throughout. The cheesecake itself has my traditional graham cracker crust and delicious cheesecake filling topped with some blueberry preserves swirled in. This is layered so I had to start off with the cake then cheesecake and another layer of cake. In between the layers is a cream cheese frosting, on top is a lemon icing drizzled lightly so it brings out the cake flavors perfectly! Message me because I know you will want some! 💙 ❤️

This is my most favorite cheesecake I have ever made! A moist strawberry cake tops off the perfect mini cheesecake! Layered in between strawberry 🍓 frosting and topped off with a crumb topping. Sometimes you don’t know if you want cake or cheesecake so putting it all together just makes sense. They are made in a mini version so if you are watching your calories these are perfect bites!! 🍓 ❤️ ❤️

One of the best feeling is when you put your time and effort into something and it turns out just perfect. Don’t get me wrong I’ve had many failures when making macarons, everything from over mixing, under-mixing, not giving it enough time to set, temperature, you name it. But today was different and pleasantly surprised that it all just came together. These are my red velvet macarons, they will have a cream cheese filling!

Sometimes practice makes perfect, practice and practice until you get it right! One of the hardest cookie I’ve tried to make. Definitely temperamental but such a delicious bite! The hardest part is knowing when to stop mixing and getting that perfect figure eight. Raspberry flavored cookie with a cheesecake and cherry/blueberry filling, drizzle with some white chocolate. Yummy goodness you forget you’ve already eaten a few 😘 ❤️ ❤️

Creme Brûlée Donuts 🍩

My first time making some donuts and what do I do? Go for the hardest thing I can find 😘 I love a challenge and these were definitely a challenge. Sometimes you gotta jump right in, instead of putting your toes in the water. But I have to admit it was fun doing each process. Everything comes together just wonderfully, a soft and chewy donut with a custard filling topped with the perfect creme brûlée crunch! Enjoy 😉 remember I’m always taking orders so hit me up if you need something! ❤️ did you hear that crunch?!!
