It’s been a long journey, but in the end things find a way to work itself out!

After being open for 2 months now, we’re finally having our Grand Opening! Thank you to everyone who’s ever supported Soul Empanadas over the past 10 years, we wouldn’t be here without you! Going from being a food vendor to having a brick a mortar has been a dream come true! Empanadas honestly wasn’t my first choice but turned out to be the best and I’m happy with that!

When you come to Soul Empanadas just picture it as your favorite sub shop, all the flavors will be like that. We don’t have a set menu, our menu is always rotating. Eventually I will have some of the favorite ones all the time! We will have around 7-8 different empanadas when we’re open. It’s not going to be any different from when I was a mobile vendor, same experience!

After passing our final inspections and receiving our business license we’re able to open! We’re goin to start our soft opening beginning this Sunday 9/28 11am - 6pm. Following after will be open on the weekends 11 am - 6pm until we’re able to figure everything out where we can be open more days. During that time there is going to be more changes going on with the store but for now we have enough to open!
