POV: the boss shows up unexpectedly and suddenly everyone remembers they have a job 😂🏃‍♀️

Nothing to see here… just the Tinker team being extremely productive all of a sudden 🤪😂

Just a little Monday mood 😂 Mentally collapsing, still giving 5-star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If there’s one thing we know how to do at Tinker, it’s a GREAT Margarita🍹🔥 And it all starts with fresh ingredients, fresh-squeezed lime juice and a whole lot of Latin flavor 💛

Fresh makes the difference. Come taste it for yourself. ✨

Some days we’re so focused on getting more customers, making more content, growing the business and figuring out what’s next… that we forget to look back and realize how far we’ve already come 🥹✨

And the best part? That photo of little me was taken at my mom and dad’s latin café back in Miami💛 I guess the restaurant life was always meant to find me 😂

POV: You spend time making the perfect schedule… then post it and your phone immediately starts blowing up 😂😭

Restaurant owners/managers… you already know💀

When your family is in the food business from food trucks to restaurants, it’s really hard to have dinner together on the weekends💛

But over time, we’ve learned that no matter how busy life gets, time with family is the most important thing in the world✨

We’re so grateful to have each other and for the moments we get to share together. Thank you God, for our family and for all of our blessings🙏🏼

More than just food - it’s Latin hospitality❤️ There’s so much behind the scenes of running a family-owned restaurant, the sacrifices, the long days, the good days and the bad.

But if you ask us what keeps us going, the answer is simple: YOU🫶🏻

Every visit, every order, and every time you choose Tinker means more to our family than you know.

Thank you for supporting our family and being part of our story✨
