Firing up the gumbo pot for a Father’s Day order, and since I can never seem to make a small amount of gumbo, I’ll have a few extra quarts available for Saturday or Sunday pickup. Smoked Chicken thighs, smoked sausage, andouille, and lots of fresh veggies in house made smoked chicken stock and thickened by a dark roux. $25 a quart, comment or message me to reserve one, but hurry, they go fast.
