We are thrilled to be a part of this year’s FilFiesta559 festivities on Saturday October 11th from 11am-7pm at Fresno City College. Come and enjoy great music, food, arts, culture, and community. Follow and click the link in their bio for tickets. This is a free event you won’t want to miss.

For those who don’t know, our family is blended between Peru and the Philippines. My wife Jen is Filipina and our two boys Milo and Theo are half. At home we cook both kinds of cuisines to show our kids the beautiful cultures they belong to. This festival represents so much to us. Our kids will get a chance to be surrounded by people who look, talk, and eat like them. They’re both super pumped.

We will be showcasing our classic Peruvian menu alongside a special Filipino dish near and dear to our family, Arroz Caldo.

Join MISKI Tuesday night from 5-9 pm at The River Park Farmers Market for the Fair Foods Celebration! Local vendors will be offering their spin on fair foods like kettle corn, desserts, and fried food. We will be showcasing our Salchipapas which is Fried Hot Dogs on a bed of Fries topped with a trio of homemade sauces. It’s a fan favorite and a great dish to eat on the go.

Don’t forget, you can order our food on weekends. Just send us a DM on Instagram or text (559) 462-5290 to place an order. (Pollo a la Brasa orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice to properly prepare).
