Pine & Cypress is a small-batch cottage bakery on a hobby farm in Florida’s Panhandle, where granola and pastries are made by hand, books are gathered and shared, and ducks, chickens, and a chubby pig wander about.

Tonight’s bake is an English Muffin Bread, and we’re working on getting those signature nooks and crannies just right. Soft enough for butter to melt into, sturdy enough for jam, honey, or your favorite breakfast sandwich.
