Chef Monique Goette, Functional Medicine Nutritionist Chef & Functional Medicine Nutrition Practitioner Monique Hoffman is a Le Cordon Bleu trained Chef, Writer, and Culinary Nutrition Specialist.

She has a passion for food, for health and nutrition, for food politics, and for educating the masses about a variety of edible-related topics. Monique began her career in real estate and banking, and quickly realized her calling in the food industry. After graduating from culinary school, she dove into writing and nutrition education. Among other things, Chef is also a social media enthusiast and

Oh Gwyneth…that Goop isn’t working here! Arugula being a substitute for dairy means we are not even on the same planet.

Don’t get me wrong…I LOVE arugula, but as a dairy substitute, she could have picked coconut yogurt or even silken tofu.

God has called, and I answered. I don’t know who needs to hear this today, but here it is.

Pain has a way of making us feel forgotten, stuck, or defeated.
But sometimes the very seasons that test us the most are the ones that shape us the deepest. The strength, wisdom, compassion, and resilience we carry often come from the moments we thought might break us.

If you’re walking through a hard season right now, don’t lose hope. God is still working — even here. Some of the most painful chapters of our lives can become the very things that grow us, refine us, and allow us to help others heal too. Keep going. 🤍🙏
