I have been serving Franklin since I was in high school. I started with a pop up tent and some ice cream coolers and have grown until what I have today. I love getting to know all my customers and have enjoyed service Ice cream, Italian Shaved Ice and homemade cobblers. The Town of Franklin invites you to our final "Pickin' on the Square" of the season this Saturday, September 27th. This week you'll enjoy a great mix of music from Carolina 441! This free event starts at 6pm at the gazebo on the square in downtown (weather permitting). Be sure to bring your lawn chair as well! Next month more entertainment is coming in the form of a huge celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Arts Council of Macon County! The date is October 11th. We'll be posting more information on that in the coming days.
