🍔 THURSDAY: because Friday gets all the attention.

But have you met our smash burgers? 😏

Crispy edges. Melty cheese. Thin, smashed patties stacked exactly as high as your Thursday requires.

Go single if you’re being reasonable.
Go double if you’ve accepted who you are. 😂

🏈 MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL JUST GOT SNACKIER. 🍟

Starting Monday, Barrel Smoke is opening up the kitchen for QUICK BITES from 8–10 PM during Monday Night Football at Rocky’s!

No full menu. No fancy business. Just the kind of food you want when you’ve got a cold drink in front of you and football on the TVs:

🧀 Mozzarella Sticks
🌶️ Cream Cheese Jalapeño Poppers
🐔 Chicken Tenders
🍟 Fries or Cheese Fries
🧀 Chips & Cheese
🌭 Hot Dogs
🔥 Jalapeño Cheddar Brats

So yes… we’re technically still “closed on Mondays.”

We’re just making an exception for football, fried food & questionable referee calls. 😂🏈

And yes, before anyone asks, the picture is AI. The food is not. We’ll be too busy making the real stuff to stage a Monday night photo shoot. 😂

Come hungry. Watch football. Question the refs. Eat fried things.

Sunday is your LAST CALL for the weekend goods. 🚨

🐷 Pulled Pork
🥩 Brisket
🧀 Mac & Cheese

They disappear after today and don’t come back until next weekend. So if you’ve been thinking about that brisket… this is your sign.

And yes, all your regular favorites are still here too. 🍔🌭

Last night was one of our busiest nights yet, and y’all SHOWED UP. ❤️🔥

At one point the kitchen felt less like Barrel Smoke and more like an episode of The Bear. Tickets everywhere. Somebody probably yelled “CORNER!” for no reason.

So THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, ordered, waited patiently, and gave us a little grace while we were back there fighting for our lives. 😂

We’re learning, adjusting, and getting better every week, and being too busy is a problem we’re incredibly grateful to have!

Seriously, thank you for supporting Barrel Smoke BBQ & GRILL at Rocky's. We appreciate y’all more than you know. Thank you for supporting our little family operation. ❤️

Yes, Chef. 🫡🔥

🚨 SATURDAY: WE’VE GOT MEAT AND POOR IMPULSE CONTROL.

The pork is pulled.
The brisket has been smoking for 16 HOURS like it doesn’t have a family to get home to. 🔥😂

🐷 Smoked Pulled Pork
🐮 18-Hour Smoked Brisket
🐽 Pork Belly Burnt Ends (VERY limited)
💨 UNTIL. WE. SELL. OUT.

📍 98 Buena Vista Dr | Frankfort KY
⏰ Saturday 12PM-9PM

And before somebody rolls in late asking, “Y’all got any brisket left?”…

Maybe.
Maybe not.
We don’t know your life.
But we DO know brisket waits for no man. 🤷‍♀️

Come early. Wear stretchy pants. Make questionable decisions.

We smoked it for 16 hours. The least you can do is show up and eat it. 😂🔥
