This coming Season (2025) will see some exciting changes for us and our fans, a new location, updated menu focusing on high quality made from scratch southern and Cajun inspired options.

Sunday September 13th, Southern Sin-Thesis is open today until 6pm serving up all your favorites!

Starting tomorrow Monday September 14th we will be I will be turning over the day to day operation of the trailer to my very capable and talented cook staff so i can take care of a pre planned mini vacation, take care of a minor health issue, and prepare for the winter storage and much needed trailer repairs and upgrades. We hope to have some exciting announcements over the next several months so stay tuned and be sure to check in here to keep up to date on what we are up to! CCC

Saturday September 12th, Southern Sin-Thesis is open today from 12-6pm or a little later if business warrants. We have some fantastic burgers, chicken sandwiches, Philly’s and PoBoy subs and so much more. Come by and let us cook for you so you can enjoy the day! We are working on setting the hours and days of operation for the remainder of the season as we wind down and wrap up what has been a terrific 2026! Wednesday September 9th, hour today for Southern Sin-Thesis are 12-6pm. Come down and let us cook for you we have many menu options that our regular customers say are the best they have ever had, burgers, seafood, chicken, and of course our House Smoked Corned Beef Rueben! Don’t miss out with the season winding down some items will not be restocked when they run out!

Sunday September 6th, Southern Sin-Thesis is open until 6pm today ( maybe a little later if business warrants)! New band ch of seafood gumbo ready to go today! Come try it or our fantastic chicken gumbo. Most of the menu is available today including the amazing House Smoked Wings and House Smoked Corned beef Rueben! If you haven’t yet tried the Rueben you are missing out on what everybody that has had it says is the “Best Rueben they have ever had!

We will also be open tomorrow on labor day so come down and put us to work cooking for you so you can enjoy your day!

Thursday September 3rd, good morning everyone! Today at Southern Sin-Thesis we are at Menus On Main located at 1048 Main Street in Frankfort! Today we are featuring our House Smoked Wings for $9 and our amazing house Smoked Corned Beef Rueben for $16. This is the last batch of each for this year so don’t miss out on both these fabulous items! Many of your friends and neighbors say they are the best they have ever tried!

As the season winds down we will be discontinuing some menu items as they run out. Our scheduled shut down for the season is October 31st but due to some health issues our hours and days open may change so be sure to check here as I will do my best to keep you up to date on any changes.

Thank you to all our fantastic customers for a wonderful and exciting season (you pushed us to the limit) and we are truly blessed to have your support and encouragement! CCC and my team!!!

Good afternoon everyone, Wednesday September 2nd, Southern Sin-Thesis is open today from 12-7pm at Menus On Main in Frankfort. Today marks the return of our house smoked Wings and Corned Beef (Reuben and Dirty Mac) we also have a fresh batch of Red Beans and rice. Hopefully tomorrow I can get a batch of Seafood Gumbo put together we will see as i am dealing with a foot issue that is limiting what i can do! Have a great day and we hope to see you soon!

Good morning everybody, Sunday August 30th! Todays weather doesn’t look great but rest assured Southern Sin-Thesis will be open all day today until 6pm. Don’t let the gray skies keep you away from a great meal we are serving up most of our fantastic menu items! How does the best burger, fries, Philly or chicken sandwich in the Frankfort area sound? Those who know will tell you its worth the effort! Many more fantastic option are available so come on down and remember that the SideCar Bar will also be open to get a great cocktail to enjoy with your meal! We are @ Menus On Main in Frankfort!

Good Saturday August 29th everybody! Today Southern Sin-Thesis is open Menus On Main in Frankfort until 9pm. Today we have a fresh batch of Chicken and Sausage Gumbo for you! Tomorrow I will add the Seafood Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice. It has been a long season with the early start in Beulah @ Area 31, thank you to all our fantastic customers for your support! With that said we still have 2 months to go here in Frankfort! As the season draws closer to the end we will be discontinuing some items, Monday i will be doing a final smoker burn with Wings and Corned Beef Brisket they will be back on the menu starting Tuesday and available until they are sold out! I also plan on having some new items to evaluate for next years season so be sure to follow my posts so you can try them out and give us some feedback!
