An Icon in the Pizza Game🇦🇱🍕🇺🇸
Before there were dozens of Albanian-owned pizza shops across DFW, there was one man with a vision. He grew up in New York City and, in 1985, made the move to Texas with his family. Together, they opened the original Joe’s Pizza, Pasta & Subs in Carrollton Tx planting the first seed of what would become a movement.

He didn’t just build a business—he laid the foundation for a community. His passion, work ethic, and quiet leadership inspired generations of Albanian families to follow their own path and chase the American dream.

Today, we celebrate 30 years of his Southlake location—and the birthday of a man whose legacy goes far beyond pizza.
