Happy New Year! 2020 was full of surprises along with some silver linings. The Ashton Depot launched Depot-to-Go Weekly Meals and fed 2,154 meals in the comfort of people’s homes. We also opened the Depot to the public for socially-distancing dine-in events and hosted over 350 guests over 6 Sunday Brunches and Holiday Tea. We are grateful to our clients who supported us as we reinvented ourselves.

Wanted to give a shout out to the staff at the Ashton Depot especially Cindy, Miguel and Caesar! Our daughter and son-in-law got married March 14, 2020 and the wedding reception was held at The Ashton Depot. That was the last weekend large events were allowed in Fort Worth due to the pandemic and all of the guests and vendors were evaluating the very dynamic situation up until the start of the event. In hide sight, the professionalism and "can do" attitude the staff had that night was extraordinary.
Our guest number was fluctuating by the hour. It started raining early afternoon and didn't let up. Miguel and Cindy took charge! They moved the cocktail hour inside, rearranged the tables to adjust to our rapidly changing numbers and when the Bride and Groom arrived, you'd never had know the chaos in the world around us that night! The food was fabulous! The service of the wait staff was impeccable. The flow of the event was managed by Miguel and he is well suited for his job. Everything went off perfectly!
We received many compliments from our guests that it was the perfect place to have a wedding. The food and service also received many compliments. Cindy Vasquez was our event coordinator and was fantastic from start to finish. She even came to the hotel hours before the event to pick up an item to save me from having to do that errand!
Thanks again to all of the staff. We give you a five star rating!
